The E107 set was issued by the Breisch Williams Confectionary Co. in 1903 and 1904. The E107 set was the first major set issued in the 20th century and featured a lot of the stars from the 19th century. These cards measure 1 3/8 x 2 5/8 (inches) and set the standard size that tobacco and caramel cards would use later in the decade. These cards were black and white photos of players in their uniforms or a business suite. The backs of these cards contain the words 'One of a hundred and fifty prominent Baseball players' or they are blank. |
